Character designs for a new comic my friend and I are starting.
It follows the adventures of a shy and secluded University student, Matthew. While trying to create a clean and more efficient electric generator for the campus, he looses control of the power output and the resulting overload imbunes him with powerful electric super-powers. Aided by his teacher, Professor Canning, he is able to train his abilities and fight injustice across the world as the superhero 'Volt'. [UPDATE 17th June 2009] Added two more characters, Reina, the girl that Matthew has a crush on and Gabriel, Matthew's close friend and fellow science student. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes.
